Destinations

Room for six to Charles Lake South in Northern Alberta. Join us for an early season Pike and Lake Trout adventure. Fly fish for large Northern Pike and Lakers from June 25 – 29, 2011. Fly out of Fort McMurray to Charles Lake where the adventure begins.

The group will be dropped off in the deep wilderness at a recently renovated cabin with solar power, fridge, stove and beds for six. Four boats are at our disposal leaving the group to go anywhere they want when they want.

The early season time is always fun for casting to large Northerns in the shallows and casting or trolling to Lakers that are shallow as well. Some larger Lakers can be trolled for with conventional tackle down deeper. Shore lunch is a must. No trip is complete without a meal of fresh fish!

A complete itinerary will be provided and a detailed list of what to bring as well. This is a great trip for good friends or father and sons too. It's usually 2 fishermen to a boat – so try to bring a friend.

Cost is $1299 plus tax per angler.
